Yuba

Yuba (ユバ) is a small oasis village in Arabasta where Toto lives and it's dead due to the Three Years of Drought. The Rebels settled their base here before moving to Katorea. The Straw Hat Pirates came here only to find the sandstorm raging which is later revealed that Crocodile sent these sandstorm to prevent Toto from getting water he dug up. They came here when they though the rebels would be here only to find that they moved. Luffy helped Toto dig up the water. It was here that Luffy decided to "quit" following Vivi's wish and to go fight Crocodile in Rainbase instead of going to Katorea.

Later after the Arabasta Rebellion, Kohza and Toto continue to revive the town. It was here that Goro and Gedatsu met with Toto and Kohza.
