Vice-Admiral Yamakaji (ヤマカジ中将, Yamakaji Chūjō) is one of the five Vice-admirals, who lead the Buster Call on Enies Lobby.

He seems to smile at all times, even during a Buster Call. He is also a smoker of cigars, just as Onigumo smokes cigarettes.

[edit] Enies Lobby Incident
He was only seen in two panels during the attack and was not given any speaking lines. In the anime, he appeared in one additional slide show scene, however he still did not speak at all.

He was then next seen at Marine Headquarters during the fight against the Whitebeard Pirates, telling Vice Admiral Tsuru to stay back.
