Willy (ウィリー, Uirii) is a character from the fourth One Piece movie. He is a Grampus Fishman and the Captain of a crew of Fishmen that compete in the Dead End Race. He is an old rival of Arlong. He is last seen about to battle with Gasparde and his crew. The outcome is never seen however. But since there appeared to be no damage from Gasparde's ship it can be assumed that Willy & his pirates were probably defeated by Gasparde's pirates. He is surprisingly insightful, managing to realize that Gasparde rigged the race when he sees the former marine sail off the main course. His weapon of choice was a Morning Star.
