The ability to hear the "Voice of All Things" is a unique power that only a few people in the world posses.
This power grants the user the ability to understand and gain information through creatures and inanimate objects who do not speak the same language.[1] So far, this seems to be an ability gained from birth.
The Three-Eye Tribe is rumored to have access to this ability through utilizing the power of their third eye.[3]
Usage
Those who use this ability have been so far mostly shown to be unaware of its usage or even its existence.[4][5]
When Roger first crossed the Red Line he could hear the Sea Kings voices, but he did not know who was it that was talking to him on the sea floor.[5] However, by the time he reached the end of the Grand Line, and started his search for Raftel, he could hear the voice of Zunisha and that of Big Mom'sRoad Poneglyph.[3][6]
Luffy has been shown to be able to hear and understand animals.[2][5][6][7]
