Hi, I've a question for you: is "Sunday" a possible romanization of "サンディ" (Sandi)? (see Alabasta) As far as I understand, "Sandi" is how "Sandy" is pronounced in Japanese, isn't it? Because technically "Sandy" is pronounced sendi...

Re: ラミ Edit
Sorry about that. I got that from the spoiler script (it's been updated since then), since all the attack names and so on in them had been correct. I'll wait for the raw from now on. 15:50, October 6, 2014 (UTC)
Zuma Zuma no MiEdit
Hi Klobis, can you please translate this? Thanks. ❖ 16:47, October 11, 2014 (UTC)
Plural or SingularEdit
Hello Klobis, I was wondering if you could translate this? It reads 神的天敵 (Kami/Shinteki tenteki) and from what I've been able to find, it translates as "divine/godly" and "enemies". So would it actually be plural such as "Enemies of the Gods/Divine" Considering that it's supposed to refer to the D clan and Tenryubito. If I am wrong then feel free to correct me. -The Forgotten Beast (talk) 23:53, October 17, 2014 (UTC)
- My bad then. So could you be able to tell me if the raw version the D clan's title in chapter 264 could be read as a plural? -The Forgotten Beast (talk) 17:41, October 20, 2014 (UTC)
- So it could be read as Kami/God's Natural Enemies or The Gods' Natural Enemies? I ask since a singular wouldn't make much sense since enemy should be translated as enemies since it refers to the D clan and Kami should be translated as Gods since it refers to the Celestial Dragons and both are groups rather than singular individuals. Sorry if my nitpicking is bothering you. -The Forgotten Beast (talk) 02:03, October 22, 2014 (UTC)
Hi there, can you verify the anon's statements on Koala's talk about Koala being a substitute instructor or assistant instructor? Thanks. 20:07, October 20, 2014 (UTC)
Thank you for the fix~! On that note, do I have permission to change 'Substitute' to 'Assistant' where appropriate for Koala? (namely on Chapter 731, Episode 663, and Hack (Fishman))? Considering all the vandalism and changing rules recently, I'm not exactly interested in getting an area ban for half a city because I did something without approval... 126.96.36.199 08:03, O9ctober 22, 2014 (UTC)
Hey Klobis. In the latest chapter, is the Marine's name Diez Barrels? I know we already have a page for him, but one translation I saw had it as the crew name. Also, a character named "Dorry" was mentioned. Should we make a page for this character or not? Thanks. 02:22, October 27, 2014 (UTC)
Demon Beasts Edit
Hi, can you please check the active discussion over at Talk:Demon Guards over a possible mistranslation of the name? Thank you very much! 00:07, November 15, 2014 (UTC)
Please explain to me how Chinjao does not regain his "Chinjao the Drill" epithet after regaining his drill head? And don't tell me "because they haven't officially stated it in the manga" bullshit, because anyone with common sense would realize why he lost that title is because he lost the drill. He even stated it himself "people used to call me "Chinjao the Drill", but I am no longer"(I believe episode 649). Please give me viable reasons for this edit removal. Polaris (talk) 03:24, November 17, 2014 (UTC)
Demi Cannon Edit
Hey Klobis. I've been looking into One Piece's Settei Pre collections and have found a few characters. Do they have names? In order, a pirate made by Toei who fought Lucci in his youth flashback , the Marine who assisted Drake in movie 4 (some call him Gu), someone who works at the dojo Zoro fought at (standing kind of behind Kuina's dad), and Ippon-Matsu's wife. Thanks! 21:42, November 20, 2014 (UTC)
Darn. Foiled again. Thanks. 02:01, November 21, 2014 (UTC)
Can you check this out? Thanks. 13:04, December 10, 2014 (UTC)
Hey Klobis. What is the name of the Nihou Navy leader Sai was supposed to marry? 03:01, December 21, 2014 (UTC)
Hi Klobis, I don't know the Viz translation of: 八宝水軍 or Happō Suigun. But if you go to Google translate, and separate the "八宝" that means "Eight Treasures" in Simplified Chinese, and the "水軍" which means "Water Army" in Japanese literally translated. If you have the Viz or better translation, be my guest, the more accurate the better. MrHammer91 (talk) 04:36, December 22, 2014 (UTC)
Cover page 770Edit
Can you check on the names of the two announcers of the wrestling match? The Funimation subtitles said they were Shorts and Kazeno Minoru. Minoru seems to be based off Japanese wrestler Minoru Suzuki. Thanks. 16:44, December 27, 2014 (UTC)
Cavendish Haki Edit
Did Cavendish not use Busoshoku Haki in this weeks chapter when he grabbed on to his sword where it was blackened, or was he simply bleeding on his sword? Anyway, I thought this chapter revealed he had Buso Haki but I guess I may be wrong since it was reversed. Let me know what your thoughts, thanks! Reeves92 (talk) 09:57, January 16, 2015 (UTC)
Now that I looked at it again it looks like it was actually Robin who grabbed that sword with a sprouted arm, so I guess that was just her bleeding on his sword. Reeves92 (talk) 10:01, January 16, 2015 (UTC)
773 Cover Edit
Hey Klobis, if you've got the raw, can you upload the cover to Chapter 773? For some reason, we've been much slower getting the raws recently and we don't have any version uploaded. Thanks. Talk | 13:10, January 20, 2015 (UTC)
Race names Edit
Hey, Klobis. I have a few questions regarding the names of some races in One Piece.
First off: Longarm Tribe, Longleg Tribe and Snakeneck Tribe. Is "Tribe" really accurate here? As far as I understand, it comes from the ending "-zoku". But the same word is often applied to other races like Giants (kyojin-zoku), yet we don't call them tribes. Would it be better to just call them "Longarms" and so on?
Mink is indeed a type of animal, but who knows what they are in the One Piece world. In any case, the name doesn't include the word for human (人) like the other races tend to, correct? Awaikage Talk 22:31, January 29, 2015 (UTC)
Senor Pink's wife Edit
Chapter 775 Edit
I, uh...I got the Chapter 775 cover from the Chinese raw, so all the kanji/furigana/hiragana/katakana are intact and no one's put in any English words that weren't already there. It's not a scanlation, far as I can tell.--Xilinoc (talk) 15:25, January 31, 2015 (UTC)
- Oh, I didn't notice the lack of furigana on the right-hand side the first time around (saw the left-hand text and thought "Oh, doesn't look like they changed anything"). My apologies.--Xilinoc (talk) 02:16, February 1, 2015 (UTC)
Marine HQ Edit
Hey Klobis, can you join the discussion on Talk:Marines about the translation of "Marine Headquarters"? We need someone to talk about translations, and the original poster is long gone, and Zodiaque seems to be inactive right now. Anyways, I'd really appreciate if you could help explain whether or not "Marine Headquarters" or "海軍本部" implies the actual building of Marine headquarters, or the marines stationed there. Thanks. Talk | 14:44, February 5, 2015 (UTC)
Thanks for the explanation. I'd like to ask for clarification on something, though. You said that Grand Line bases like G-5 are part of the HQ - What are you basing this on? Is it stated somewhere in the manga? Thanks.
Translations and correctingEdit
Hi, so, these One Piece Nippon Judan CD things were released
and I was wondering if you would be okay with giving some title translations, kanji, and to see if they are all correct, and if there's anything we need to add to the page. Thanks. 03:50, February 8, 2015 (UTC)
Unreleased Template Edit
Hey Klobis, we're having a new discussion in Forum:Unreleased Template on Chapter Articles about the unreleased template again. Please post in it. And even though I don't agree with it, the last time this issue was discussed, more people were in favor of leaving the template up on chapter pages, so until that forum closes, we will leave it on chapter pages until the Chapter is officially released in Japan. However, if ST or anyone else removes it, when you add it back, please do so with an edit summary telling them why, I will consider not doing so to be a ban-able offense because it is an edit war, and I know you and ST have been doing it silently for every chapter for a very long time. Due to new rules made in Forum:New Editing Policies, I will not tolerate this behavior from either of you two in the future. Talk | 05:32, February 14, 2015 (UTC)
Laki and Aisa Edit
Can you check if Laki and Aisa are indeed cousins? The Blue Deep only says that Isa is the mother of Aisa. I believe that fact comes from chapter 256 (vol 28), probably beause in some translation Laki refers to Isa as "aunt". But is that correct? The translation I linked doens't say that for example.

Hi there, if you remember the discussion over the name of Law's technique, over whether it's "Shambles" or "Chambres", we have word from the editor of Shueisha that it is Chambres. Would you care to add your opinion to the discussion now that we have word from the editor? Jademing (talk) 00:52, February 26, 2015 (UTC)
Just a request Edit
Hey Klobis! Long time no talk :) So as you may know, we're kind of stuck on the Shambles vs. Chambres debate. Though most evidence suggests that シャンブルズ refers to "Shambles", we also have sources such as Viz, One Piece Party, Shueisha, etc. claiming that the word is "Chambres", despite the difference in pronunciation.
Here, I was wondering if we could request that you possibly send Oda himself a postcard regarding this debate? Something like: 尾田先生に質問です。トラファルガー・ローの技「シャンブルズ」は、英語のShambles(混乱状態)かフランス語のChambres(部屋)、どちらが正しい訳ですか？気になりすぎて頭の中もシャンブルズです！
^(lol) It doesn't have to be those exact lines, as long as the message gets through. I would do it myself, except my Japanese handwriting skills aren't exactly top-notch, so I thought I'd try asking you before I contact a family member who lives in Japan to see if he can do it instead. I realize that sending a postcard won't gurantee an answer back from Oda, but I figured it'd be worth a shot. What do you think? 03:37, March 13, 2015 (UTC)
尾田先生の返事を期待しましょう（＾＾） 15:57, March 21, 2015 (UTC)
Two Important Discussions Edit
Hey Klobis, I've asked you a few times before, but can you post again on Talk:Ope Ope no Mi? And also your presence on Talk:Machine Island would be fantastic. If you cannot post on them for some reason, I would like it if you could tell me that, so that we can ask other translators here and base our decisions off of what they say. Thanks. Talk | 01:48, March 19, 2015 (UTC)
Hey Klobis. Can you check out the discussion on Talk:Animal Species/East Blue Saga? Thanks. 01:33, March 20, 2015 (UTC)
Stricter Edit War Rules. Edit
Hi Klobis, this is a reminder that recently we enacted a rule that says that if you are reverting or undoing someone's edit, particularly in an "edit war", you must include an edit summary. The recent edit war on [[A Magnificent Banquet]] is an example of many people breaking this rule. ST has received bans for repeatedly breaking this rule, and I do not wish to have to do the same for you. Just explain why you undo someone's work so that we can understand the reasons and move on to discussion instead of making edit wars longer. Thanks. Talk | 13:43, May 3, 2015 (UTC)
Kin'emon and Kenbunshoku Haki Edit
Hey Klobis, awhile ago a decision was reached on Talk:Haki/Kenbunshoku Haki that Kin'emon's "Aura Sensing" was in fact haki, so if you could not remove that from various pages, that would be great. Thanks. Talk | 04:28, May 31, 2015 (UTC)
SBS 78 Pages Edit
Do you happen to know which 6 pages the SBSs for Volume 78 are located? 16:41, July 6, 2015 (UTC)
Done. --Klobis (talk) 14:41, July 7, 2015 (UTC)
Bürst or Wurst Edit
Should ビュルスト be Bürst or Wurst? 13:55, July 11, 2015 (UTC)
Striking out text Edit
Hey, Klobis. Just wanted to let you know that striking out the text is not how we deal with misinformation. Either correct it, or remove those parts altogether. Striking it out is basically just vandalism and you'll get in trouble if you do it in the future. Awaikage Talk 15:14, July 13, 2015 (UTC)
Nito Nito no Mi Edit
The Nito Nito no Mi only allows Burst to sweat a nitroglycerin-like substance. He can not turn into nitroglycerin, therefore it is not a Logia, and the only possible thing it can be is Paramecia. 19:25, August 2, 2015 (UTC)
It would be great to have your thoughts on this matter. Thanks in advance. 16:46, September 12, 2015 (UTC)
I saw you switched the infobox images for Misutta and Bonbon. Did I get them mixed up? 01:39, September 18, 2015 (UTC)
"Power of Destruction" Edit
Hey, could you clarify Laffitte's exact role post-ts for us? is the the 5th captain of the fleet or what?
Hey Klobis, can you check out the discussion on Talk:Edward Weeble? It's about whether name is Weeble or Weevil (a type of insect, going with the Shichibukai's animal naming theme). Awaikage Talk 14:54, October 9, 2015 (UTC)
Hey Klobis, can you check that out please? The discussion is kind of getting worse. Talk | 14:52, October 12, 2015 (UTC)
Hi there, I don't know if you know this yet, but you've been nominated for the admin position by Yatanogarasu, so yeah, congratulations. You can accept or deny the nomination on here. Jademing (talk) 00:06, October 10, 2015 (UTC)
Blackbeard Admiral/Commodore/Captain Edit
Could you do me a solid and check this/ add the proper title if necessary?
Statement in Admin Election Forum Edit
Hey Klobis, this time in the election forum, I'm allowing candidates to write up a short statement (1 short paragraph or so) about themselves, their experience, and what they would with the opportunity to be an admin. It is totally optional, but you can add something here if you want. Talk | 01:46, October 15, 2015 (UTC)
Also if you could post on Talk:Edward Weeble, that would be fantastic. It's become hard to understand, and Kage and I are waiting for your response before we decide what to do. Talk | 01:57, October 15, 2015 (UTC)
Check out this picture:
The width of the tsu shows it's clearly a big one, not little, so it should be Kitetsu(-)kō, not Kitekkō. I don't think it's a mistake - I've explained my theory as to why it's that way on the talk page. 188.8.131.52 09:01, October 16, 2015 (UTC)
Continuing the discussion about Fireworks island, can you please post a translation of what the site say maybe? And can clarify a point for me: looking at the romanization in the infobox, I assume the name in Japanese is still "Firewoks", meaning it's not a translation. Is that correct?
89 12:19, 25 October, 2015 (UTC)
Hi, if you can can you give me the kanji and the romanizations of the names mentioned on the history of Lost Island? I've created the pages on my wiki but I missing those. Lastly, about the island "貝獣島" is "kaiju" a correct romanization? Thanks.

Hey. The SBS Volume 79 page has been created. I hope you can participate in translating the raws.
