I think the next sh pirate would be a fishman/merman(or mermaid) heck i would'nt be surprised if shirahoshi will be the one to join the crew i would'nt be surprised either if its hodi jones or anyone from the villains from the present arc..
its all about diversity when it comes to the sh crew esp. their individual dreams..i think the next one's dream would be to make queen otohime's dream come true..no prejudice amongst the two races

doflamingo's grin and aura makes me feel that he's more dangerous than the yonkous he looks so damn powerful he even threaten a government official in his own office, who in the world will do that..he even had a look at the future like he already guess what would happen.. i think he's just having fun at the moment and waiting for the right time until he gets bored or something and then he'll make his move to took over the world by acquiring (maybe)the super weapons??

+MAGELLAN will quit his job as a chief warden and will transfer to the marines to gain back his lost honor(he will promised to himself that he will arrest/kill every escapee from impel down)..
during the two years time he will proved his worth to the marines and will be promoted from 1 position to the next until considered 1 of the guys to replace the vacant seat of an admiral, the fleet admiral(probably Aokiji) will vote for him..
+Smoker should be a vice admiral during the 2 years span..
+eventually Coby will be an admiral too, but enough of that it's too early for him. it will probably happen at the end of the story anyways
