DF weaknesses: Haki, seastone, and Cutty Flam

We all know that Franky had got blown away to Karkuri Island  home of Dr. Vegapunk. Spending 2 years training and learning all about Vegapunk's studies do u think franky's new body or weapons has some type seastone effect to battle DF users more impportantly logias, also i was thinking he has the same laser beams as the pacifistas. But anyways I always thought of Franky as being a borderline Monster Trio fighter if he has learned another method to fight DF user will he be one of the crews top fighters?
