The other guy

In the end of the previous chapter we saw someone in the last page telling he's going on Punk Hazard. Well,I don't believe it was Doflamingo because Oda would had drawn his face. I believe that (if he is not a new character) he must be Aokiji. He was standing on the sea and he was quite lazy.I really believe it was him.What's your opinion??
