Discovering One Piece

I was wondering, how did you guys all begin to read One Piece, and when? Did you start at some other manga, then transfer to OP? Or did you start there in the beggining? As for me, I started out in Naruto, as it interested me, then found out about Shonen Jump. One Piece seemed interesting, so I began to read it. Last year, I stopped for some reason, then picked up again only t find that my library had no current volumes. So, I tried looking online and found this site. I would like to hear your thoughts and input.
