Our story begins 54 years ago.
Back then the marines stood for justice. But the world was changing.
East Blue, at the marine base in Shells Town: Fight fight fight, shouted the new recruits of men who had just arrived days earlier, dashing over Captain Gran Espada Alday, head of the base. Breaking through the crowd surrounding the fight he gets to the middle and yells “what the hell is going on!” Standing right in front of him are thirty veteran soldiers laying on the ground. Repeating “What the hell is going on?!” turning around a young recruit answered “They started it; they tried to get me to do grunt work”. Noland and the Dwarves
Over 420 chapters ago in chapter 292 Noland said he saw some Dwarves. Now in Chapter 713 it was confirmed that Noland came to Dressrosa and Green Bit. I love Oda's uses of forshadowing. Hopefully we will see another flashback of Noland since Skypiea. It would be awsome to see Noland and the dwarves fighting together. And to see his true strength.
Questions about haki
I just have a few questions about haki.
How do pirates get haki? Rayleigh said it could be attand through training. With is fine for the marines and luffy, Zoro, and Sanji who all had teachers who could teach them but what about pirates like law who tought him. If you don't have a teacher how do you learn haki?
Why is haki able to turn your body black now. Luffy, Smoker and Vergo all had this ability and I get it has to do with the amount of haki but why didn't we see it during the whitebeard war with people like Marco, Juzo, and vista and Garp and Whitebeard? (side note: the marines said they had 10 000 of their strongest fighters at the war, but where were Vergo, and Fujitora?)

Why didn't Marco protect whitebeard's terrorities?
After Whitebeard's death why did the Whitebeard pirates lost all their terrorties? Marco, Juzu, and Vista are all strong enough to protect the Islands. Why did Big Mom take Fishman Island; I thought Blackbeard took Whitebeard's terrories? Wonder if the whitebeards pirates will come back to the story?
