Regarding the aftereffects of gear 4th ch 785

I have a question regarding gear 4ths after effects um law's not going to sacrifice himself through the immortality surgery thing in order to save luffy is he? I mean does anyone see that happening anymore cause i dont think law has the strength to do anything at the moment. I was just thinking about this cause do you guys think the after effects are speed aging? Hmm.... now that i think about that thats a strech ( not pun intended) Basicly what do you guys think the after effects of gear 4th will be? Still hoping law wont die
