i just noticed something very similar with Hordy and blackbeard in terms of their body.
1st- blackbeard devel fruit allows him to take emornous damage in a fight but he is so tough that he can take all Ace's , Whitebeard and sengkou very powerful attacks , then brush them off and still fight.
2nd - hordy jones has a similar thing he can take all that luffy can dish out and still look like he has hardly been hit, he is as tough as a tank literally.
3rd - the difference is Blackbeard can really fight he even damage shanks, so without his df he will still kick ur ass, but Hordy seem more like a punching bag he is tough but not really a powerful fighter without the steriods.
