Tobio (鳶尾, Tobio) was a character that appeared in the first One Piece movie. Ganzo's grandson whose looking for the legendary pirate Woonan whom he believes is still alive. He was caught by El Drago at the start of the film and forced to work in his crew but is freed and continues his quest. He at first thought his grandfater, Ganzo, was wasting his life just cooking Oden but to his amazement discovers that Ganzo's was not only Woonan's childhood friend but he saved Woonan's life so he could become the legend he was today.
