Trivia Worthy?[]
I honestly don't know if this is trivia worthy (since it is a visual resemblence with no confirmation by Oda) but these plants heavily resemble the Adansonia genus of trees (commonly known as baobab trees). Please note that the first picture in the article isn't a good example of this resemblence but if you scroll down there are much better pictures of specimens that look pretty much exactly like real world versions of Daft Greens.
