The Swanda Express is a vessel crewed by Mr. 2 Bon Kurei and his men during the Baroque Works Saga.

Built with a swan theme, it had a swan's head and was white in color. Another feature were hand operated paddle wheels. His size is similar to the Going Merry. It has "Okama Way" (おかま道) written on the sail. It is also written in English on the boat itself.

After the defeat of Baroque works, Mr. 2 made up with the Straw Hats, declaring himself to be a "nakama" of the Straw Hats. He and his crew helped the Going Merry and its crew escape but were captured by Hina of the Marines, resulting in Mr. 2's ship was sunk in the process.
