Super-Human Speed

Super-Human Speed is a rarer condition to achieve then Super-Human Strength. So far it has only been achieved through the use of techniques such as Kuro's Shakushi, Luffy's Gear 2 or CP9's Soru. Enel and Kizaru also are able to use their Devil Fruits abilities to move at super speeds.

Super-Human Speed allows a user to travel faster then the average eye can follow (to the point of seeming as if the user disappeared). When captain Kuro uses Shakushi, one of the techniques that allow you to move at super human speed, it is said that because of the immense velocity he can't distinguish friend from foe. Oda has stated in SBS 42 that Kuro's Shakushi and the Rokushiki technique Soru make the user move at about the same speed, but since Shakushi makes you blindly move around and kill everything in your way and CP9 have complete control over their movements with Soru, it would make a CP9 member more powerful in a fight against Kuro.^[1]
