St. Poplar

St. Poplar (セント・ポプラ, Sento Popura) is a town connected to Water 7 and Enies Lobby by the Sea Train tracks. It is notable as being one hour by Puffing Tom between Water 7 and this island.^[1] It's nickname is the "Town of the Spring Queen" (春の女王の町, Haru no Jo'ou no Machi).^[2]

Franky sent the Square Sisters to buy Adam Wood in a Black Market here.

After the fall of Enies Lobby, Cipher Pol 9 were forced to come to this town and raise money to get medical treatment for Rob Lucci due to the damages taken in his fight against Luffy. They were forced to leave, though, after going too wild crushing the Candy Pirates.^[3]
