Captain Shuu (シュウ大佐 Shū Taisa) was one of the Marines that helped in the Buster Call on Enies Lobby. He has the power of the Sabi Sabi no Mi and successfully destroyed one of Zoro's swords with ease. He wears a veil across his mouth and what appears to be a Newsboy cap version of the standard Marine uniform cap. In the anime, he was knocked out by Sogeking's Firebird Star.
His rank is explicitly stated in One Piece volume 47 SBS.
