Shimashima Shopping was a little green striped boat that was temporarily used by Luffy, Sanji and Yosaku from their journey from Baratie to Commi Island.

The boat is a relatively small vessel without any visible armaments. It has an onboard kitchen which Sanji can cook in and a chimney which is also used as the ship's mast, and the appearance is based on a saucepan on top of a frying pan. Aside from that, it is merely a regular boat no different than any other.^[1]

[edit] Acquirement and Voyage

During the events of the Baratie arc with Don Krieg, Nami had stolen the Going Merry. In order to find out the reason why she did so, Usopp, Johnny, Yosaku, and the then scarred Zoro set off after her. They then discovered she heading into Arlong's territory, Nami's home island. Sensing possible danger, Yosaku went back to Baratie via panda shark to get Luffy. Upon Yosaku's arrival, Luffy decided to go to the island to aid his friends however without a boat to presently use, this was somewhat a difficult task to do. That was when Sanji decided to join Luffy's crew as Luffy's cook. Along with Sanji's joining up, he conveniently came with a boat that Luffy could use, the boat where the Baratie stock the supplies.

While sailing towards their destination, Sanji prepared some food to Luffy and Yosaku dine on as the latter of the two explained the situation. The food however attracted the giant sea cow, Mohmoo who wanted to eat the food as well all those onboard the boat. The beast however was defeated by Sanji for causing such a ruckus.^[2] After being subdued, Mohmoo was tied to the boat and forced to pull it the rest of the way. Due to some ridiculous steering by Luffy, Mohmoo crashed into the sea wall surrounding Nami's island and flung the little boat far into the island. The boat then crashed into the forest where it created quite a mess.^[3] After that it hasn't been seen or mentioned again in the story. It was pretty much abandoned since it crashed. However, it served its purpose, plus its severely damaged.
