Scissors (ハサミ Hasami) is a giant desert crab who aided Vivi and the Straw Hats in escaping from Rainbase and Crocodile. He is a friend of Eyelashes the Camel and according to Chopper's translations, he is described as a pervert by Eyelashes.

Scissors is giant red crab who is usually seen with a rather pervertive grin. His design relatively resembles a fiddler crab's design with his right claw being bigger than his left.
[edit] Abilities and Powers
Being a giant crab, Scissors is capable of moving at great distances across the vast deserts of Arabasta. He, like the rest of his species, however cannot tolerate or travel across water despite being crabs.

He carried the others off to safety while Luffy fought Crocodile, but only got as far as the Sandora river. He was able to get them halfway across the river when they used 'Ero power' (pervert power) when Nami revealed to him her dancers outfit (Scissors apparently likes dancer girls).
During Gedatsu's mini-story, he's seen working for Goro, bringing clients to the Termal Island through Dirt Boss' tunnels.
