The Samu Samu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit, only mentioned in Oda's SBS, and eaten by an unknown reader of the series. Humor that is described as chilly is an expression in Japan and Korea that describe how corny the humor is, hence the name "Chilly Chilly Fruit".

In a SBS question, a reader said his friend gave him a fruit, he ate it, and from that point on, he/she could only tell stupid, bad, and flat jokes. Oda answered the question by saying it was the Samu Samu no Mi.
