Ryuji
From One Piece Encyclopedia
Ryuji is the name of the Sennenryuu that travelled with the Straw Hat Pirates (along with Apis) during the Warship Island arc.
Apis and Luffy managed to protect it from Nelson long enough to return to its homeland, Lost Island and be reborn. For some strange reason, Luffy was able to understand what Ryuji was saying, he is sometimes somewhat senile and tries to eat both Luffy and Usopp thinking they were food.
