Roche Tomson was listed as a Level 5 prisoner in the Impel Down jail on the list Mr. 2 Bon Kurei (disguised as Hannyabal) was reading from.[1] Nothing else is known about him or her and it is even unknown if he or she is still alive, but since Roche Tomson is kept on the maximum security Level 5 it can be assumed that he or she is a notorious and dangerous criminal, probably with a high bounty (over 
100,000,000). It is possible that (if this character is still alive) he or she was released when Emporio Ivankov told his comrades to release as many prisoners as possible to increase their chances of breaking out of Impel Down.
