The following events are Non-Canon and therefore not considered part of the Canon story.
Rakesh was once allied with the Donquixote Pirates, but started allying with other groups, which caused Doflamingo to target it.

Doflamingo sent Gladius, Senor Pink, Jora, Machvise, and Baby 5 to attack it. The five succeeded in pillaging and plundering the city and shooting many people there.[1]
Manga and Anime Differences
- The town's name, Rakesh, was named only in the anime, making the name non-canon.
