Rainbase

Rainbase is one of the few cities within Alabasta that continued thriving even during the drought, mostly due to the gambling industry. Due to this it has been referred to as the "City of Dreams". It also appeared that this city was not very much effected by the drought, having a moat surrounding Rain Dinners. The city was the Baroque Works' main base operated by Crocodile and Miss All Sunday.

Rain Dinners was the casino that Crocodile used as his secret base in Alabasta. It is most noticeable by the golden bananawani that is located on top of a pyramid-like structure. After Crocodile's defeat, the casino was torn down.^{[citation needed]}
