Pin Joker is a villain that appears in the second movie. He is one of the Trump Siblings Pirates and their primary swordsman. The feathers on his costume also have Skunk One's gas in them, which Pin Joker uses to paralyze his enemies before he strikes them down. He apparently knows Zoro as Zoro gave him a scar across his face in the past prior to joining the Straw Hats. He captures Zoro once Luffy and he enter the Trump Castle and get caught in one of their traps. He later fights Zoro in the climax of the film where he is quickly defeated once Zoro gets his swords back. His one attack is called Hari Hari Ken (lit. Needle Sting), where he sends out a barrage of feathers containing Skunk One's Devil Gas.

- A running gag to his character is that he is often trying to quote Chinese proverbs, but always says them incorrectly (making them puns in Japanese) and is then corrected by the other characters, which annoys Pin Joker to no end.
- Like all the other Trump Siblings, Pin Joker is based on a animal and a card, a bird and the card Joker.
