The Ori Ori no Mi or Cage Cage Fruit allows the user to place iron shackles on his or her foes, by having their limbs pass through the users body parts which creates the shackle, it also leaves the victim in shock.

The user gains the ability to bind the opponent in shackles and apparently leaves them mentally subdued as well.
It has no Known weaknesses other than that of the standard Devil fruit weaknesses.
