Forty years ago, this island was empty. Boodle and his people fled here from another town that was destroyed by pirates and decided to settle here. They built a new town, now called Orange Town.
When Buggy attacked Organ Island, the towns people and Mayor Boodle retreated to the hill on the outskirts of the town.[3]
