The Digital Grade label is applied to some series of gashapon produced by Bandai. It is meant to replace the older High Grade label, which is applied to the exact same field: gashapon series sold as sets of 5 figures of about 9 cm high.

Bandai is pushing this new label as it provides better paint applications and sculpt quality by using Bandai latest digital technologies. By enabling computer-aided processing at every steps, final products are more accurate to initial models, sculpts can have more details and be sharper.

The Digital Grade line ended with the last known release on June 2011.
