Whenever he hears Usopp's antics, he knows it is time to go to work.
He is an old man, who is bald on the top of his head. He has a curved pointed nose, and white hair. He wears a collared shirt and round-shaped glasses.
Unlike many of his fellow villagers, he was not very annoyed by Usopp's lies. In fact, he used it as a sign to get ready for the day. He seems to care about Syrup Village very much.
Abilities and PowersEdit
Mornin was never shown fighting, but as a mayor it can be assumed he is proficient at running a town.
Some time in the past he became the Mayor of Syrup Village. Every day, Mornin listened for Usopp to come running through the town screaming tales of pirates attacking, as a way to know when it is time to start working.
When Usopp did not carry out his antics (due to Kuro's attack), Mornin's wife told him that he would be late for work, shocking him since Usopp was not out and about.
