Along with Mr. 7, Miss Father's Day (ミス・ファーザーズデー, Misu Fāzāzu Dē) is part of the "Sniping" pair who apparently are deployed for jobs where sniping is necessary. Miss Father's Day has a strange sense of fashion involving frogs, and her Gero Gero Gun (ゲロゲロ銃) is shaped like a frog and its bullets are shaped like frogs (Gero is the Japanese word for the sound a frog makes).
[edit] History
Miss Father's Day shows up in the main story briefly during the climax of the Arabasta Kingdom storyline manning the giant cannon that Baroque Works has placed in the Arabasta capital of Alubarna. Princess Vivi figures out the location of this cannon and, during the final moments of the battle of Alubarna, she (with the Straw Hat Crew's help) attacks it. Miss Fathers day and Mr. 7 attempt to stop her, but Vivi skillfully evades their gunfire and defeats them using her peacock slashers. Miss Father's Day was also responsible for sniping down an airborne Pell while his attention was occupied looking for the bomb/Vivi.
She uses only one named attack, that is called Lady Smash (レディスマッシュ, Redi Sumasshu), a combo attack with Mr. 7, both of them fire a blast from their respective guns aimed so that their bullets collide and explode directly in front of their target.
[edit] Translation and Dub Issues
In the 4Kids English dub of the anime, she speaks with a French accent, which has generated some controversy among fans since "frog" is an ethnic slur for a French person.
