Mike McFarland

Michael Charles "Mike" McFarland (Born July 14, 1970) is an American actor, director, writer, voice actor, improv comedian, and musician. He is known for voice work in anime dubs, beginning with Dragon Ball: Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle in 1997, where he played Master Roshi, Count Lucifer and Ghastel. He later voiced the Dragon Ball characters Yajirobe and Baby as well as the announcer on Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit. McFarland is also ADR director and script writer for several anime titles.

He provides the voice of Buggy the Clown and Helmeppo in the FUNimation dub of One Piece.
