Petty Officer Masshikaku is a dull-looking subordinate to Smoker and Tashigi. He follows them around Loguetown for a while and was shown to be terrified of Luffy's 30,000,000 beli bounty. His name means "Really Rectangular", which is an accurate description of his features. His name was first given in Grand Data File: Blue.
