Masaya Onosaka

Masaya Onosaka (小野坂 昌也 Onosaka Masaya), born on October 13, 1964 in Osaka) is a seiyū who works for Aoni Production.
In the Anime, One Piece, he does the voices of Chew, Sham, and Spandam.
He is also well known for playing Vash the Stampede in Trigun, Hikoichi Aida in Slam Dunk, Takeshi Momoshiro in The Prince of Tennis, Mantarou Kinniku in Kinnikuman Nisei, and Don Patch in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo.
