Marmieta ("I can see all") is the daughter of Bimine ,mayor of Pucci .She was seen in the bacground during Franky's naked run through Water 7 and spied on him with eyeglasses,being named in volume 47 of the SBS.She came to Water 7 to deliver emergency suplies after the Aqua Laguna .She is acompanied by her maservant Yamenahare .She is a person "ignorant of the ways of the world" .
