Ensign Makko (マッコー少尉 Makkō Shōi?) is a senior member of Hina's death squad who is on one of the ships that attack the Straw Hat Pirates as they flee Arabasta. He is seen in one panel in the manga only, in which he bemoans the lack of accuracy his troops have. His name and rank were revealed in Grand Data File: Blue.
