Louis Arnote

Louis Arnote (ルイ・アーノート, Rui Ānōto) is a pioneer mentioned in the book Brag Men, a book of Grand Line tales. Louis is famous for dubbing Little Garden its name.^[1] Though proven to be a true tale, since it is mentioned in Brag Men, it is considered by the rest of the world as a mere fantasy. ^[2]
