One Piece: Loguetown Arc is the first of the series' tie-in books, a novelization of the Loguetown Arc. It was written by Tatsuya Hamazaki (浜崎 達也, Hamazaki Tatsuya?), and released on July 17, 2000 in Japan. A re-release, under the Mirai Bunko imprint, released on March 1, 2011.

Tsunemasa Takahashi (高橋 常政, Takahashi Tsunemasa?), an artist with experience working on book covers,[3] is listed as a copyright holder in the novel; whether he worked on the cover art is unclear.
