For the character from Green Bit with the same name, see Leo.

Leo is an anime-only character and is Carmen's first disciple.[1]

Leo has a short body and a big head. He has a large chin, and his facial features (eyes, mouth, nose) are small compared to his head. He wears a blue matador suit, which has gold buttons and edging. Leo is also wearing a red tie with a black dress shirt underneath and blue and grey shoes. He has fairly long, unkempt hair.

Leo is very cocky, since he brags about Carmen's cooking abilities. He is also very honest, as he corrected Carmen's statement about searching for Sanji for ten years to the actual ten days.[1]

Leo is also a little overprotective of Carmen, seeing that he didn't let Sanji get close to her.[2]

Abilities and PowersEdit

As he is one of Carmen's disciples, Leo most likely has proficient cooking abilities.[1]

Leo is seen carrying a red flag that he uses to distract other people. He is also seen carrying a scraper-like object, but it is unknown if he fights with it.[1] When Sanji tried to get close to Carmen, he fought Sanji using a frying pan and hit him in the face with it.[2]

Loguetown ArcEdit

Leo and Jose explained to Sanji who Carmen is when he first meets them. When Sanji asked how Carmen knew him, Leo handed him a stack of pictures of famous chefs in the East Blue and explained how she learned about Sanji and desired to compete against him. He and Jose cheered on Carmen during the Loguetown Cooking Championship and tried to distract Sanji by waving their flags.[1] When Carmen forfeited and said Sanji was the best chef in the East Blue, Leo hit him in the face with a frying pan to prevent him from getting close to her.[2]
