Lambor Bukini is a character created for One Piece Premier Show 2013.
Appearance
Bukini has blonde hair with a red dyed fringe hair. He wears a golden necklace and a white jacket and pants with red flames and also has a Donquixote Pirates logo on his belt.
Personality

He ate a Devil Fruit called Gutsu Gutsu no Mi which is the ability of a sound of boiling.
History
Lambor Bukini is the host of "Kanaema-Show", a contest competing for performance such as dance and martial arts, and would win a huge winning prize money, on Paradise Island.
On the other hand, kidnapping cases also occurred frequently around Paradise Island and the G-5 such as Smoker was also under investigation. His conspiracy of hosting "Kanaema-Show", Trafalgar Law captured the secret movement of Donquixote Doflamingo behind it. Luffy and his crew who fall into a stalement by the absurdity of the Devil Fruit ability of Bukini on this island where the capabilities intersect complicatedly.
In the end, when Bukini is about to strike Luffy with his ability, Luffy hit him with the Gomu Gomu no Red Hawk and burn Bukini on fire and fell from the 20 foot Atolls.

- His name may be a play on the Lamborghini Italian car manufacturer.
