The Kumate Tribe are a group of cannibalistic people in the East Blue who tried to eat Buggy's crew. Luckily, Buggy, with the help of Alvida, is reunited with his body parts and manages to defeat the Kumate Tribe and save his crew.
Their tribal symbol is significant as it not only represents a bear paw (a reference to their tribe name), but it also vaguely looks like three heads sitting in a cooking pot.
