From One Piece Encyclopedia

Kazuya Nakai (中井 和哉 Nakai Kazuya, born November 25, 1967) is a seiyū who was born in Kobe.

In the Anime of One Piece, he does the voices of Roronoa Zoro, Pierre and Jigorou.
