The Hou no Banken Butai (法の番犬部隊) are one of the many guardians of Enies Lobby.

"Houbantai" (法番隊) for short.

Translation: Watchdog Unit of the Law

These are the first class guards at Enies Lobby under the control of Baskerville. They consist of a group of troops that wear arm blades and ride on dogs. They have the flag of the World Government tattooed on their arms.
