Hocker

Hocker (ホッカー Hokkā) was the owner of the Pet Food Shop in Orange Town and the master of Chou-Chou. He died of an unknown illness. He was also friend with Boodle. 40 years ago, he was one of the many people from the old town destroyed by pirates to build Orange Town (he was briefly seen in a flashback whe Boodle was making an announcement to build the town).
