Hakowan[1] is Wapol's pet dog who appears in Wapol's cover story Wapol's Omnivorous Hurrah.
Appearance
Hakowan before Wapol altered him.
He used to be a regular dog with small beady eyes and a tongue sticking out, similar to Chouchou, but smaller in size and without a frown.
After Wapol altered him with his Baku Baku no Mi abilities, he now has a box for a head and lenses for eyes.
Personality
Hakowan is somewhat disrespectful of others, since he urinated on Wapol when he first met him. Despite this, he is loyal to the former king, as he stood by his side through the entire cover story and beyond.
History
Wapol's Omnivorous Hurrah
He was first seen urinating on a down and out Wapol. Wapol later ate him, giving him his rectangular shaped head. He stayed with Wapol after that through the former king's rise through business, and was next seen sitting next to his master's throne.
From the Decks of the World
He was again seen next to his master after the development of Evil Black Drum Kingdom.
Reverie Arc
Hakowan accompanied Wapol and Kinderella to Mary Geoise.[2]
