The Going Luffy-senpai is the Barto Club's ship.[1]

Ship Design and Appearance[]

The ship's design is based on both Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirate's former flag ship, the Going Merry. It also possesses a structure resembling Tony Tony Chopper's hat and antlers at its stern (shown to be his entire head in the anime).[1] It is slightly larger than the Thousand Sunny.[2]

On the ship's deck is a large pedestal with a glass dome holding a piece of Luffy's Vivre Card.[1] In Bartolomeo's room, the Straw Hats' wanted posters (with updated images from after the timeskip), as well as a few of their signatures, are framed and put on display.[3]

The deck of the ship is apparently littered with gum. This is due to advice given by Gambia's grandmother to the Barto Club stating that chewing gum aids sea sickness.[4]

Anime and Manga Differences[]

In the anime, the Barto Club's ship is shown in one of Bartolomeo's flashbacks but with a different look. It has two versions of the Jolly Roger, one on the main sail where the skull is white and another on the flag in which the skull is red.[5]
