George Black was listed as a Level 5 prisoner on the Impel Down jail list Bentham (disguised as Hannyabal) was reading from.[1]
Nothing else is known about him and it is even unknown whether he is still alive (though considering the name not being crossed out on the list may imply that he is), but since Black is kept in the Freezing Hell (Level 5), it can be assumed that he is a notorious and dangerous criminal, probably with a high bounty (over 100,000,000).
