Genbou (ゲンボウ, Genbō) is one of the Shandian warriors that fought to take back Upper Yard from Enel. He uses a bazooka which fires rare (in Skypiea) iron cannonballs as his weapon.

Genbou is a fat, bald Shandian with a hat that resembles that of a chef's.

Being one of the Shandians, he was born in the sight of war. He together with with his Shandian friend was told about the story of Calgara.
[edit] Enel's Survival Game
He was firstly seen on a meeting with the other Shandian. After the meeting, together with the warriors, they start moving to the God's Shrine. His group together with Kamakiri confronted Gedatsu, one of Enel's priest. Kamakiri has been wounded causing them to retreat. All of the Shandian Warriors has been asked by Wiper if their ready to step over their fallen comrades will be the only one who must come with Wiper. As they proceed to the forest, all of them has been stuck of Ordeal of String by Shura except Wiper. Wiper suddenly appear of nowhere then attack Shura by using Reject Dial. Braham states that they must split because the island is enemy's territory, they can't stay in a group or they'll be capture again once like from the ordeal of string.After the conversation they started to move. As he proceed, he encounters some of the Militia Officers. He later encounters Yama the Commander of Militia Officer. Yama commented that a cannon that fires iron cannonball is rare on sky. They start their battle, Genbou attacked first with his Iron cannon ball, but it was kicked by Yama. He was been defeated when Yama uses Body Crush with an axe dial on it's belly.

After the war, he was seen celebrating beside Zoro and all who attended the celebration.
