First off the female tournament is NOT the character tournament! One decides the best female of ALL of them the other decides the best charcter out of SOME!
They do not conflict, the female tournament is most certainly gonna be over before the anual character tournament starts, if not over close to it cause we have a month of diference wich is about 31 days.
You guys can do the character tournament anyways this tournament has no direct realtion to that one!, cause its just the females characters and NOT the male-female one!

You said your starts in April, so this one should end in max 3-4 months if you're so stuck on having the one you're doing not at the same time with the girls one. The girls one stays the same way it is. I don't want to see any changes to it since yours has kinda nothing to do with it. If you just make the character tournament at the said time and date, just as you said, there should be absolutely no problems. Tucky, you are taking this too serious. This female tourney is planned completely different in manner that it will keep its own low-profile while not effecting results or progress of other running tournies like X's Best attack and The character tourney. If there arises a issue, then we have chat to discuss the solution. That chat has its uses you know. But since there are no issues now, lets just leave it as it is.
