I'm fairly new to the series (started watching in late May, made it to the episode after Ace dies) and I am wondering what plot holes are there in One Piece. Dragon Ball is my favorite story and there're a quite a few of plot holes in the manga but as a hole, because of Toei, there are more than quite a few. Again, what plot holes are there in One Piece? Aside from Zoro being able to cut metal and knowing what dragons are early on (both of which were created because of the anime filler Warship Island Arc), it's hard to think of any actual plot holes. There are some unexplained things, like Pell surviving the bomb, but those aren't really plot holes. uknownada Talk 21:24, July 1, 2016 (UTC)

There are 0 plot holes in the manga. Just a few minor ones in the anime. SeaTerror (talk) 21:42, July 1, 2016 (UTC)

There are some holes and many plot inconsistencies such as Marine Zombies. Don't listen to SeaTerror.

But really, the inconsistency with Moriah's powers is the only obvious one, and I doubt there are as many as you think there are, Joe. Oda's done an impressive job at creating a large world with various abilities and politics while hardly contradicting any at all. Kaido King of the Beasts (talk) 22:45, July 1, 2016 (UTC)

No that wasn't inconsistent. There was nothing stated that the zombies themselves couldn't be in sunlight. Only the shadowless owners. SeaTerror (talk) 00:17, July 2, 2016 (UTC)

So, basically, Oda is an amazing story-teller Meshack (talk) 21:47, July 2, 2016 (UTC)
